Tech Clarifications about Digi Anywhere USB 24 Plus

We need the answers to some technical clarifications raised by our IT and Security team, as below Digi Anywhere USB 24 Plus:

  1. Is it possible to restrict particular USBs to specific Ports?
  2. Does it provide syslog integration?
  3. Does it provide integration with Active Directory for login and authentication.
  4. Does it support SNMP for network monitoring or has some internal notification services available for failure and error notifications.
  5. What ports for are required to be open on firewall for communication between client and Anywhere USB?
  6. Does it have its own firewall?
  7. Does it support multi-user on a single port connection? If yes, how the same USB appears for multiple users? Or is there any other function of the multi-user mode, please explain?
  8. You have Digi Remote Manager software, does it support managing and monitoring multiple Anywhere USB devices? What other features we can utilize in term of integration between Digi Remote Manager and Digi Anywhere USB Plus 24?
  9. Are there any other security features available in Digi Anywhere USB Plus 24? Can we have a brief of all the security features

Hi @kamal this is a big list of questions. Just for clarification, we are DigiKey a component distributor, “Digi” is one of the companies on our line card. The Digi Anywhere USB 24 Plus is a product from Digi.
