Thru Hole Resistor Identification

I’ve done my best to try to identify the colors but they are flaking off and I am not a hundred percent sure. Plus I usually work with surface mount components not thru hole so I don’t really know where to begin.
Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

EDIT
I looked at it closer under the microscope, and I think there might actually be 5 bands with the colors:
1: BROWN
2: PURPLE
3: BLACK
4: SILVER
5: GOLD

here is a resistor calculator 17 ohms. we do not have 17 ohms

Calculators to help click here

Could this type of resistor fail to be like 63 ohms cause that is what it tests at right now, its clearly burnt though but I’m wondering if its current value could rule or its original value since I am guessing a bit on the colors?

there is basic 3 things that can happen
Disconnection (Open)
Short circuit (Short)
Unstable resistance.

I thought I put 1.7 ohm , I am sorry S1.6QCT-ND try 1.6 ohm 1/4w

Thank you for your help, I will give it a shot.
