Trace to pad and pad to pad clearances?

You call out trace/space and minimum drill sizes but I can’t find your trace to pad or via clearance levels. Pad to pad (smt) also is needed.

Not an authoritative answer but, I believe what they call out as Minimum Trace Spacing (5 mils), they intend to cover all those non-copper spaces.

That’s how I interpreted the specs when I ordered some PCB’s recently. I’m more familiar seeing the spec written as just Minimum Spacing or Minimum Copper Spacing when it applies to all spaces, not just tracks.
