I need similar PNP transistor - PN2907A but with a BCE pin out configuration, I know they must be available but cant seam to navigate the site in order to find it or similar with that pin-out configuration.

Device pinouts are generally not a searchable parameter at this time; narrowing the options based on electrical characteristics and going datasheet diving is the usual approach to such tasks.
That said, the KSP2907ACTA may be a plausible option, given a 180° spin.

I am looking for a PNP transistor (preferably darlington) in a SOT-23 package with the following alternate pin-out: 1=base, 2=collector, 3=emitter. Is there any like this in the market?
Darlington PNP BJTs in SOT23 are not particularly common, and I see none available with the requested pin configuration. There are more options if one skips the Darlington part, and application of any applicable current/voltage constraints would help narrow the options down to something more reasonable to dig through.

The transistor isn’t critical for our DC application. Any part with Vce max=10V or higher and Ic max = 500mA or higher will work for us. If a darlington isn’t available, we can get around with a regular PNP
