Unable to load schematic-red loading circle doesn't disappear

Hi,

I’m trying to load my schematic but it’s not responsive-the red spinning circle doesn’t disappear. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Curtis, thanks for the reply. I have several critical BOM items in the schematic and I need to purchase them soon. Do you have a timeline for the fix? Thanks again.

I also am seeing this problem, or the projects simply load and are blank. This also occurs for public access with login as guest.

URBES01 and Hall Effects Sensor to Scope. This morning the Hall Effects Sensor to Scope works but the URBES01 doesn’t.

Hello.

We have a general idea of where the issue is and are doing some testing to get to the specific cause.

This is something that we are working hard to resolve, however, at this point in time I don’t have an exact timeline.

Also still no access to Urebs01. If it helps for debugging, it is a multipage schematic were the single page hall effect sensor schematic does load. Thanks.
