- Pre-heating temperature of 100°C or lower and soldering time within 60 seconds
- Main heating temperature of 260°C or lower and soldering time within 5 seconds
Hand soldering
- Iron tip temperature of 350°C or lower and soldering time within 5 seconds
2. Reflow soldering conditions
Temperature profile for reflow
- Set the profile according to the temperature profile of each model.
Hand soldering - Iron tip temperature of 350°C or lower and soldering time within 5 seconds
