I ordered this product because it had the measurements I wanted listed in the product attributes section. Upon receiving them I quickly realized something was wrong as they were much smaller. I checked the description again and I am now very confused. Is this a 2.9 x 4.4 x 0.25 inch washer as listed and like I wanted, or is it a M3.5x0.6 washer like it states along with the other measurments.

The 1772-3962-ND has an Internal Dimension of 2.9" and the Outer Dimension is 4.4" with a thickness of .25" which seems to match what you want and what this is.

ok, I must have been shipped the wrong part then, but the small baggy that the parts came in has the same exact number on it. I will go try to return them.

This is not correct. There was at some point a confusion of units, the dimensions should be in millimeters rather than inches. Note the inconsistency between of these figures with the indicated screw hole/thread size.
The error will be duly reported.
