I have installed a Digi Accelport PCI card into my windows 10 desktop computer and ever since I have been getting a bluescreen error stating: “Your Pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info and then you can restart.” When installing the appropriate drive from DigiKey’s website for my 64B windows 10 pc, the error still persists.
When installing the driver I got the 1722 error which states: “There is a problem with this Windows Installer package…”
Not sure how to get around these errors, they all started after I installed the PCI card.

Could I ask for the part number of the AccelPort device you’re trying to install? I’m thinking this is a Digi International part; we do sell those and offer some support for them, but we’d need to know which one you have and are trying to work with before we can figure out how best to assist you with this issue.
Sadly it looks like Digi (not us) has moved this family (AccelePort) to obsolete status, based on the “Version 9.7.89.0, 04/20/2017” driver notes from here:
