It is quite likely a proprietary chip. Atmel did a lot of this for a period of time. Out of what sort of device did this come?
This chip was used in differential pressure transducer
I would guess a “plain clothes” AVR microcontroller with custom code. Most, if not all of the 14-pin AVR’s have Vcc on pin 1 and GND on pin 14, if that helps.
Thanks, Oddly on this chip pin 8 is GND and pin 10 is Vin. pin 1 is left empty
