Buick brake control module

The dash lights all came on and stayed. Problem traced to the ECM, possibly a faulty capacitor. I cannot find this component stamped TV 1 and 0206. (Pencil lead in the foreground for size comparison). I believe 0206 is a manufacture date, but no idea about TV 1. Any advice? Should it show any resistance?

Looking like a ceramic axial leaded capacitor.

I’m seeing another post online from a different forum that indicates there is no capacitance code on these devices. Without knowing what manufacturer/series this is with a datasheet to decode this is going to be very difficult to nail down, the 1 I’m guessing is a code for voltage.

Do you have any other capacitors with similar markings on the board you can test capacitance after you remove them from circuit?

Is the device located in direct proximity to an IC chip going from power to ground? If so there is a high likelihood this is a 0.1uF capacitor.

The one in the photo is on the same circuit with 5 others, all similarly marked. However, I think we can mark this query as complete. Examination under magnification of the board once removed brom the control unit found cold solder joints. Once I resoldered it, the brake system functions correctly.

Thank you for the reply.
