Looking for a connector (pig tail or solder) identical to what is in the picture. It is for a Garmin motor cycle mount. 2 wires, 5 VDC, 5 A max. As shown in the pictures, the 7.2mm diameter inner male body has two female receivers located on centerline located 3.5mm apart. The inner male body has an orientation dimple. There is a bayonet type locking ring with two ears. The locking ring is free to rotate 360 degrees. The character “F” appears on the outside of the main body. The connection needs to be IP67 or close to it to keep moisture out.

So I couldn’t do much with those measurements you provided since we can’t easily filter by those dimensions on circular connectors, but I found some that closely resemble the ones in your picture. The options are in link below. They have the IP66 to IP68 rating, usually combinations and most are above the Amp and Volt ratings you gave. Maybe something like SC2494-ND.
