Need help identifying the component circled in white that says R33. This is a DE-10 board for a retro emulator setup. A link to a replacement would be so awesome. I’ve measured the component at 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 2mm. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. Looks like it could be a 0.33uH (330nH) inductor. Here are the closest options I can find in a similar size. The current rating for the part would just be a guess unless you have more information available on the part such as a schematic with possible part description ?
