Can you please provide the pitch (center-to-center) spacing? And on the second photo, there appears to be a long section where the insulation was stripped. Does that entire stripped piece fit into a connector, or how is the connection made?
Have a look at some of these options. As Jeff mentions, picking one with a matching connector pitch is important, also whether the terminations are on the same or opposing sides of the cable.
