We do have one part that similar to that Heyiarbeir part and it is part number 8086-002 from Pimoroni. The 8086-002 is a 15 pin to 15 pin FFC extension adaptor just like the Heyiarbeit but the FFC connectors are on the top and bottom of the PCB board instead of on just the top of the PCB board.
