Looking for a replacement optic sensor

hello

I am looking for a replacement optic sensor(pic attached) for an arcade basketball game, extreme shot basketball.

it detects wether the ramp that holds the balls back is in the up or down position.

I havnt had any luck finding a replacement so i thought i would try here. i cant find any other markings or writing on the sensor. even if i could find something similar, im sure i could make it work.

any help is much appreciated
