I’m sorry, I found nothing to replace the HWC-23 Relay.
I believe that might be referred to as a “dry contact input relay”. Stated differently, a relay designed to allow control of an AC line-powered device from another such as the old Honeywell mercury-switch thermostats. In the form pictured, it’s tech that’s probably at least 20 years out of fashion.
