I don’t know how to read the value of this capacitor.
Hello waldnerbradley13,
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
That looks to be a 100uF 25V aluminum electrolytic capacitor SMD type. There are some general examples on how to read these types of caps in our forum post: Surface Mount Capacitors and their Markings - Passives / Capacitors - Electronic Component and Engineering Solution Forum - TechForum │ DigiKey
We do have some 100uF 25 volts electrolytics, SMD type, in stock in the link here.
Though there are a lot of options in that link you would have to verify the size that you have and see if there is one matching your size in that link.
Hope that helps.
Dose the K61 have any significance when finding a replacement?
I would say this would be a date and lot code. This one will be hard to decode without having the data sheet to the original part.
@Verna_1353 is correct, that’s a date code. Looks like you have an “S” series from Panasonic.
That’s your standard run-of-the-mill decent quality aluminum electrolytic capacitor. Almost any cap with the same capacitance and voltage rating which fits the same footprint will probably do.
To replace it, we need to know the diameter and height of your part so it will fit on your board. Note the size codes in the image above. Let us know that and we can fix you up.
The length is 7.78mm and the diameter 6.47mm. So according to the chart it would be closest to the D 8 size. Unless you have a different idea

I found this one. do you guys think its them same one or very similar?
Hello,
Thats how I would see that part as well. D8 size. These 2 on this link are same series and parts as the original.

EEE-1EA101XAP its the cheaper one.
Thanks for the help guys much appreciated.
