I need to find both of these components but the trick is they must be this exact size due to the plastic cover the board goes under. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance!

The closest match for the through hole cap, is part number 493-1605-ND, which is 11.50mm tall, and has a 3.50mm lead spacing.
A close match for the surface mount capacitor, is part number 732-8521-1-ND, which has a base of 6.6mm X 6.6mm.
Please check the datasheets to verify compatibility to your application.
Just as a note –
Of the multiple thousands of radial-leaded aluminum electrolytic capacitors we carry, I have never seen one with a 4.3mm lead spacing. They jump from 3.5mm to 5.0mm. Thus the 3.5mm offering from @David_1768.
