Im hoping someone can help me identify this particular component .. we call it noise filter, but i have no other information to add

I could not ID these items on the PCB board. The FL103 and FL102 markings may indicate some kind of a filter yes but more information would be needed to verify what for certain.
What other information you needed so I can at least get that
Well, there seems to be no marking on the device so that’s not helpful. If you have a schematic of the board in a manual, or something that has the information on the devices utilized on that board would be the only other thing I could think of.
Listings for surface mount common-mode chokes can be found here. Further filtering by size will reduce the list of possible candidates, but some further information would be needed to identify a device’s more specific traits.
