I recently purchased a 2-axis Bend Labs evaluation board (DigiKey part number: 2190-105040402-01-ND). The board is supposed to simplify testing the sensor and reading values via Bluetooth. According to their website (link), there are three apps available: an Android app, a web app, and a Windows app.
I’ve tried all three, and while I can pair with the evaluation board in each, I’m not receiving any data from the sensor.
I contacted Bend Labs through the contact form on their website (which seems to be the only way to contact them), but I haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a solution? Any advice on getting the sensor to work would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, if anyone has tips on how to reach Bend Labs tech support, I’d love to hear them!
