The PCB Builder upload doesn’t recognize the drill file, no matter what of the recognized extensions I use. Even if I manually select the drill file, after finishing the upload it still flags it as missing drill file, consequently DKRED is not an option. As a last attempt I tried uploading the zip with four copies of the Drill file using the four exensions: Drill - .drl, .drd, .xln, .drill. But non of them is picked up by the file selector. All the files are generated by ORCAD PCB. Very annoying!
Have you tried selecting the following:
in NC Parameters:
*Enhanced Excellon Format
NC Drill:
*Auto tool select
*Repeat codes
If you do not have luck with those you could certainly direct message me your Zip archive and I can take a look if anything stands out.
Edit: based on feedback this ended up fixing the issue.
