I picked up a for parts NES and one of its problems is that the power switch fails to latch on forcing you to hold it in to keep the console powered on. This particular unit had the upper part of the plastic that held the latching spring in place split in two right where the latch would go. So, I took apart the reset switch since it uses the same switch just without the pin part. The idea was to swap upper halves so the broken switch would become the reset since it worked electrically.
Unfortunately, the tiny little thing flung off in the the carpet and now I need to find some switches. Online the only way I have found to get them is to buy a whole new harness which I don’t need.
The logo is for Cebu Mitsumi and the light blue half has 2E on it and the white bottom wit red area around the 2 pins labeled 2D.
Here is a Google Photos link showing the switches in question. Note my other NES shares the same reset switch, but the power switch is much thinner and says Mitsumi along its top and as shown in the pictures, the board can accept either one for power, but only the fatter one for reset.
Thanks for any help!
