Hello I am looking for a cable, USB-A to 5pin Female Connector (as pictured). Used on USB camera modules like OV5693, OV5640, OV2659 or similar.
5 pin definition:
Red-USB power supply marked-VCC, Power, 5V
White-USB DATA cable (negative) -DATA-, USBD-, PD-, DM, USBDT+
Green-USB DATA cable (positive) -DATA+, USBD+, PD+, DP, USBDT+
Black-Ground wire-GND, ground
Black line, shielded line, anti-interference

Hello, @yurik! I did some searching, and while I did not find a match for the adapter cable, I believe I have identified the 5-pin connector used to make this assembly. They appear to have used a connector from the JST SH Series, the part number is 455-1380-ND.
Unfortunately, if you went the route of terminating a replacement cable yourself, you’d need to get the crimp terminals (5ea of #455-1561-1-ND) and crimp them on as well. Or, you’d have to somehow splice the pre-crimped leads (linked here) to the USB cable.
