What connecor type should I order for connecting to this connector, like male connector and is it connector crimping parts as must be ordered ?

You will be able to find most of this information on pages 116-117 of the datasheet and this TechForum post. The TechForum post goes over contacts as well as tooling.
According to the datasheet, the DT04-12PA would have size 20 contacts and would mate with the DT06-12SA.
