Thermocouples and Temperature Probes are designed to detect the amount of heat over a wide range of temperatures with two dissimilar conductors forming junctions at a differing temperature. The element types are IC, j-type, k-type, Pt100, t-type, and thermistor with temperatures ranging from -200°C to 1350°C in lead wire lengths of 3.70” (94.00mm) to 26.247’ (8m).

Specifications to determine which thermocouple or temperature probe is right for your application.
Element Type: Identifies the type of sensing element used in the probe.
Temperature Range: The temperature range over which the device is designed to operate. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and other system components.
Length - Lead Wire: The length of the lead wires used to connect the thermistor to the application.
Conductor Type: Indicates if a thermocouple junction has an electrical connection to its protective case, or the wiring arrangement of an RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector).
Terminal Type: The terminations on the sensor, such as connector, wire terminal, etc.
