Contact us before using other cleaning solution. Do not use Freon TMC, thinner or gasoline for any relay.
Note that using water-based or alcohol-based cleaning agent may be less effective in cleaning between relay and PCB.
As a countermeasure, there are models with higher standoffs.
Efforts are underway worldwide to eliminate the use of CFC-113 (commonly known as CFC) and 1.1.1 trichloroethane.
We ask for your cooperation eliminating use of these.

Surface-mount type

  • Use an alcohol- or water-based cleaning agent when cleaning after reflow soldering. The cleaning temperature should be 40°C or less.
  • To clean the entire unit, immersion or cleaning by boiling is recommended. Do not use ultrasonic cleaning. It may cause disconnection of the coil or slight welding of the contact.
