Connector Type: Indicates the style and configuration of the connector.

Gender: Indicates whether the device is male or female in configuration.

Number of Positions: The total number of electrical conductors the device has.

Size: A callout for the standard size the connector meets.

Termination Style: Describes the shape or standard configuration of a device’s electrical connection(s).

Voltage Rating: The maximum voltage the device is rated to handle.

Current Rating (Amps): The total amount of current the device is rated to safely handle.

Contact Type: Indicates geometry of contacts within connector products.

Operating Temperature: Recommended operating temperature, typically given in a range or as a maximum. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and/or other system components.
