Items in this family are materials and products used for marking or labeling wires, circuit breakers, switches, etc. They range from bulk materials such as heat shrinkable tubing that can be written on prior to application, to rolls of pre-cut labels of uniform size designed for use with a specific manufacturer’s printing equipment. Similar items with pre-printed letters, characters, or other information are not included.

Label Type: Indicates physical attributes or characteristics of a product.
Label Size: The physical dimensions of the label, given in a variety of patterns dependent on the shape and attachment method of the label. Dimensions are given in Inches (Millimeters).
Color: The dominant color of the label.
Material: Indicates the material composition of the label.
For Use With/Related Products: Defines other part types, numbers, or series with which this product is designed to be used.
Shelf Life: The manufacturer’s specified shelf life for the product. Shelf life begins from date of manufacture.
