Power Supplies (Test, Bench) Equipment are designed to supply a variable amount of voltage/current to components for testing purposes. These power supplies have an output voltage ranging from 0 to 1000 VDC, and an output current range of 0 to 80 A, with the number of outputs being 1, 2, 3, or 4. The display types are analog, digital, LCD, LED, VFD, and no display.
SelectionCharacteristics
Type: Indicates the style and configuration of the device.
Voltage - Supply: Typically represented by a range, this indicates the low and high voltage limits which one can expect standard operation. Voltages outside this range may damage the device and other system components.
Number of Outputs: Indicates how many outputs this device provides.
Voltage - Output: The maximum amount of voltage that can be output by the device.
Current - Output: The maximum amount of current that can be output by the device.
Display Type: Describes the user interface for indication.
Number of Characters: Indicates the number of digits displayed on a supply’s voltage and/or current meters.
Size / Dimension: The overall size of the main body of the device.
Features: These are different capabilities or properties of the device such as adjuatable or regulated.
Power (Watts): The maximum continuous output power a device is designed to produce.
